Vélfag has been working toward new stainless steel Filleting Machine for several years. The new Corrosion-Free M 700 is the culmination of that work.

We wanted to make rock solid machine, made of best possible materials to withstand the harsh environment in the North Atlantic as well as on-land factories. This machine is an amalgamation of our procducts, tested to withstand the harshest conditions on board freezing trawlers using innovative solutions.
